RETURNS on Damage/Defective Merchandise:
If you have received an item with any defects/damages, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days of the TRACKING confirmation RECEIVED DATE, you will disqualify for a return.
For Other Return items please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 5 days of the TRACKING confirmation RECEIVED DATE, you will disqualify for a return.

YOUR ITEM WILL BE RETURNED BACK TO YOU IF IT IS DETERMINED YOUR ITEM WAS WASHED/WORN. NO REFUND/NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED.

STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED ON ALL RETURNS TO BE USED ON FUTURE PURCHASE. NO CASH REFUND.
